What is the delivery cost?
- The shipping cost at Edinstvena is calculated automatically at checkout, based on your selected payment method and the total value of your order. All orders over 200 BGN come with free shipping within Bulgaria.


How long does delivery take?
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually shipped the same day or, at the latest, on the next business day. There may be exceptions where your parcel is delayed by 1 or 2 days due to courier or warehouse workload. We also offer items available on pre-order – for those, the delivery time is longer and stated in the product description.


What payment methods are available?

- Cash on Delivery (COD) – with a 6 BGN service fee

This fee covers part of the additional costs caused by unclaimed or refused packages — a common issue we've experienced. The fee is automatically added to the total amount when selecting this method.

- Secure Online Card Payment (BORICA 3-D Secure)6% discount + priority processing

When paying online, you automatically receive a 6% discount, and your order is processed with priority. The system is fully secure and certified (EMV 3DS), and the payment goes directly into processing.

Both methods follow our standard return policy – if the item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it and receive a refund accordingly.

Will I be able to inspect and test the items before accepting the parcel?
- Yes, every parcel we send includes an inspection and testing option (except for products like swimwear and underwear). Even if you don’t use this option with the courier, you can still accept the package and check it calmly at home. Any return or exchange after that is just as easy.

**Inspection and trial upon delivery may not be available, depending on the courier's terms in your country.


How long do I have to request a return?
– You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, without having to give a reason. To exercise this right, it is enough to notify us within this period.


Who covers the return shipping and what if I simply don’t like the item?
– Returns are at the customer’s expense. If you return the item at the time of delivery, you only pay for both deliveries. If you change your mind after accepting the parcel, the item must first be sent back to us with inspection option. Once we verify everything is in proper condition, we will refund you.
