- The shipping cost at Edinstvena is calculated automatically at checkout, based on your selected payment method and the total value of your order. All orders over 200 BGN/102,26 EUR come with free shipping within Bulgaria.
How long does delivery take?
- You can check the estimated delivery time for each product in its description, right below the size options. Please note that in some cases, your order may be delayed due to high courier workload or increased demand on our side. We understand how important it is for your package to arrive on time - especially if it’s for a special occasion - so we kindly advise keeping in mind that unexpected delays may sometimes occur.

Will I be able to inspect and test the items before accepting the parcel?
- Yes, every parcel we send includes an inspection and testing option (except for products like swimwear and underwear). Even if you don’t use this option with the courier, you can still accept the package and check it calmly at home. Any return or exchange after that is just as easy.

How long do I have to request a return?
– You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, without having to give a reason. To exercise this right, it is enough to notify us within this period.
Who covers the return shipping and what if I simply don’t like the item?
– Returns are at the customer’s expense. If you return the item at the time of delivery, you only pay for both deliveries. If you change your mind after accepting the parcel, the item must first be sent back to us with inspection option. Once we verify everything is in proper condition, we will refund you.
